The Phillips family purchased the Santa Fe office of Sandia Hearing in 2003 which includes five service centers in northern New Mexico. In addition to the main office, we provide on-going hearing health care to residents of Taos, Los Alamos, Raton and Las Vegas, NM.
Cliff Phillips, President and co-owner of Sandia Hearing, has been in the hearing health care industry for over 30 years. Cliff’s focus is to provide hearing tests and recommend the most appropriate hearing aid to fit the individual’s hearing loss, lifestyle and budget. Cliff provides lifetime service for our hearing aid clients including cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids at no charge. Our clients appreciate Cliff’s laid back, yet professional style and Cliff is grateful for the numerous referrals received from satisfied customers of Sandia Hearing over the years.
Our office has an excellent customer appreciation program. If an individual refers another person to one of our offices, and that person chooses to purchase hearing aids from Sandia Hearing, we will give the person who referred them their choice of an extended hearing aid warranty for an additional year, a year’s worth of free hearing aid batteries or a check for $100 to show our gratitude for the referral.
Richard Phillips, NM licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, is part of the team and he meets with clients in the Taos and Raton areas by appointment each month. Richard thoroughly enjoys getting to know our clients and offering solutions for each person to enhance their lives through improved hearing.
Melissa Granata serves as the other Patient Care Coordinator working out of the Santa Fe office. Clients rely on Melissa to check insurance benefits for hearing aids and to process credit applications. She represents our business as the first point of contact whether by phone or in person. When you contact Melissa you can be sure she will follow through with your requests and assist you in taking steps toward making improved hearing possible.
Karen Phillips, Vice President and co-owner of Sandia Hearing, has a 20 year background in business with emphasis on human resources. She handles the accounts payable function and all of the advertising and marketing promotions, in addition to community outreach. Karen’s office also houses the two office mascots, Jackson and Nate who are often available to greet visitors!
